god i have been. desperately attempting to not put a hole in my wall today and it’s getting like… worse by the hour. maybe i need to get a punching bag and learn to box or some shit to get the urge Gone

untitled.txt i don't know if this is anger issues or some kinda self-harm-as-retribution thing at work. maybe both. but it's been bad. it's not even just the wall. i want to like. go downstairs and punch the asphalt full-force; which i know it will hurt and it would be bad. and that the triggers for this are reallllyyyyyy minor but talking it out with someone would piss me off more bc saying a problem is minor is FAR more pedantic coming from someone else so i need to feel pain. i need to get violent in a manner that isn't destructive to the environment or myself ugh but i already spent so much on wall paint this month... and a new plush... i think buying anything else would be a problem :-(
